Terms

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use NKITRA, which is provided by SPHERE TECHNOLOGIES LTD., a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14980410, whose registered office is at 49 St James Street, 4th Floor, London SW1A 1AH, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@sphere-initiative.com.

By creating an account you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. The service

NKITRA finds what matters to your child in the sources you choose to connect — today, recognised school messages in Gmail — and shows actions, dates, deadlines and changes, each linked to where it came from.

NKITRA is in an early-access founding beta and is currently free. Features will change, some are not yet available to every family, and we may pause or withdraw features while we improve them. We will tell you before introducing any charge, and you will not be charged without agreeing.

  • School Run lets you coordinate the adults you choose to collect your child and records each step they report. Booking a driver and car through NKITRA is planned but not yet available; separate terms will apply when it is.
  • Health shows health notices contained in messages you receive, such as vaccination consent letters, only with your explicit consent. Submitting consent or booking appointments through healthcare providers is planned but not yet available. NKITRA is not connected to the NHS or any other healthcare provider.
  • Sharing a family space with a second parent or another adult is not yet available.

3. Who can use NKITRA

  • You must be 18 or over.
  • You must be a parent, legal guardian or carer of the child, or be authorised by one.
  • You may only add information about a child, and connect an email account, that you are entitled to share.

4. Your account

You sign in with a one-time link or code sent to your email address. Anyone who can read that email can sign in as you, so keep it secure, and tell us promptly at support@sphere-initiative.com if you think someone else has used your account.

5. Sharing and permissions

Where NKITRA lets you authorise other adults — today, for a school run — you choose who they are and what they can do. You are responsible for choosing appropriate people and for removing access when it is no longer needed.

6. Check important information

NKITRA works information out from the messages it receives. Messages can be ambiguous, incomplete or later changed, and NKITRA can make mistakes. Before relying on a date, deadline or instruction that matters, check the original message — NKITRA links to it — and tell us when something is wrong.

  • Not for emergencies. Do not rely on NKITRA for urgent or safety-critical information; contact the school or the relevant service directly.
  • Not medical advice. Health notices come from messages you receive. They are not a medical record or clinical advice.
  • School Run. NKITRA records what the people involved report. It does not replace your own arrangements, supervision, or checks on the people who look after your child.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use NKITRA to access information you are not permitted to see, add information about a child without the right to do so, interfere with the service or its security, or break the law. We may suspend or close an account that does.

8. Your information

You keep ownership of the information you add or connect. You allow us to use it only to provide NKITRA to you and the people you authorise, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using NKITRA at any time, disconnect your email, and ask us to delete your account and information. We may suspend or end your access, or the service, with reasonable notice — or immediately where necessary for security or because these terms have been broken.

10. Our responsibility to you

We provide NKITRA with reasonable care and skill. If we fail to, you may have rights and remedies under consumer law, and nothing in these terms affects them. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as NKITRA changes and will tell you about significant changes before they take effect.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
